Detailed Itinerary:

Here is how the three days unfold, from a first bite at a night market by the Old City walls to a slow last morning in Chiang Mai. Every part of it can be adjusted: add a night where you want to linger, swap an activity or change your hotel class, and we will shape the plan around you.

Day 01:Chiang Mai Arrival – Street Food Tour

Welcome to Chiang Mai, the old capital of northern Thailand, and a city that takes its food seriously.

Arrival

Your guide meets you in the arrivals hall at Chiang Mai International Airport and takes you to your hotel in an air-conditioned car.

Evening

Begin your culinary journey in the Old City. Walk through the imposing South Gate in the old city walls and follow the ancient moat to a traditional street food night market, where smoke and spice drift from the stalls and carts. Your guide introduces you to the best of the regional dishes: crisp fried pancakes and taro, khanom jin rice noodles in curry, little khanom khrok coconut puddings, northern-style noodle soup and, in the hot season, sweet mango with sticky rice. Wash it all down with a glass of local rice whisky before heading back to your hotel, happily full.

Day 02:Chiang Mai – Hang Dong – Cooking with a Local Family

A full day away from the sightseeing trail, as the guest of a Chiang Mai family in the village of Hang Dong.
